When the Children’s Hospital Zurich approached ipeak, an information and communication solution was sought that would primarily relieve reception staff, but also double up as a digital wayfinding system for the complex.
For a swift implementation, the standardised solution ibextouch lent itself perfectly. A touchscreen in the reception area serves as an attractive display plus allows passers-by to load the screen’s contents one-to-one onto their own mobile device thanks to the integrated Touch2Go function.
The installation is specially adapted to the healthcare sector and includes special features such as a customised orientation plan, detailed feedback forms as well as more recently, video screensavers that draw attention to current news updates and instructions regarding the coronavirus.
